Positive Discoveries  

In 2008 with the help of CM-Services through Zurich of North America, Marek decided to analyze and evaluate the operational culture of its organization to see if the message of safety and leadership was being effective at the field level. CM-Services provided the Cultural Gap Analysis, a leadership report card that provides senior management with feedback directly from the workers in the field and revealed the quality, effectiveness and consistency of the entire company.
