"DRIVE SAFETY HOME PROGRAM WINNER"

Congratulations to James E. Risinger our 2003 MBS Houston Safety Reward Program winner.

James is a carpenter foreman, and a valued employee that has worked at MBS since 1988 he is currently working on the Montebello Condos, for James the hard work and dedication to safety has paid off with a brand new Ford F-150 pickup truck.

Marek Brothers Systems was pleased that our team members made such a commitment to safety and meeting all of our goals and qualifications for the contest.

ABOUT THE CONTEST

As you know, Houston has made a renewed commitment to safety for 2003. In order to preserve health and security, greater expectations on safety performance have been placed on all employees. Tough new goals have been set and our goal is to make this year our safest year ever.

If we meet our goals and you do your part by meeting the qualifications below, you could be one of 50 employees each handed a key, one of which will start a brand new Ford Truck – not a stripped one, but a loaded 2004 F-150 Pickup.

Here's how it will work: Every week until our Christmas party, we will draw a name and announce that person in the following week's safety toolbox meeting. The weekly winner will qualify for $250 and a Ford Truck key, both to be given to them at the Christmas party as long as they remain qualified per the criteria below.

We anticipate approximately 40 weekly qualifiers between now and the Christmas party, so we will add an additional 10 names at the party (or whatever number needed) in order to get 50 employees with $250 and a key that could start the truck.

In addition to the individual criteria below, Houston must achieve a cost per man-hour of 36 cents or less in order for the Truck giveaway to take place. If the cost per man-hour exceeds the 36 cents but remains below 40 cents, employees will remain eligible for the $250. Costs above 40 cents cancels out all safety rewards.
