We offer our services to all types of single family builders, ranging from volume builders doing small starter homes to the area’s elite luxury homebuilders doing multimillion dollar mansions. Our multifamily work is primarily large apartment projects, but we do smaller projects such as motels, assisted living centers, condominiums, townhomes, retirement communities and high rise residential projects
Each year, we furnish the drywall needs for several wood framed commercial projects, such as day care centers, banks, offices and clubhouses. Our team includes experienced sales/supervisory personnel along with qualified service technicians for repairs and renovations.

These pictures below are of the Marek Brothers employees volunteering for the Extreme Makeover home built by HHN Homes in Houston, TX,and the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition team for the Johnson Family. The home was designed by the Studio RED Architects. The home, which usually takes about four months to complete, was built in seven days. This home was built for Eric and Elaine Johnson and their five daughters. They are marraige counselors, and Eric is also an ordained minister. They lived in an Hurricane Ike damaged home that was a 720 square foot A-frame house with a toilet that did not flush. The new home for the Johnson family was the result of a weeklong effort of more than 3500 volunteers. The home is located on Goodhope Street in the Third Ward and has 4500 square for the family to enjoy, which also resembles a castle. Twenty-nine Marek Residentual employees provided day and night sweat from start to finish.
