Vision Statement 2008
In 1938, three hard-working, depression era farm boys launched a beginning that now spans seven decades. Our founders, John, Bill, and Ralph, recognized that their achievements were, in fact, the achievements of their people. That began the culture of our organization, where people are its most important asset.
As we enter our 70th year, let us be reminded that the strength of our company truly comes from but one source - our people.
And let our actions clearly demonstrate the commitment to this ideal through efforts that will enhance our employees' well-being, prosperity, and opportunity for growth this year and into the future.
