MIS crews will be getting a mid-May start on The Murfreesboro Medical Clinic II located just outside of Nashville in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This will be the second medical facility Dave Salyers has sold in as many years and we are happy to have our friends at Freese/Johnson at the helm again for  this newest three-story MOB addition comprised of 350,000 square feet of medical office space, exam and imaging rooms. The new structure will eventually be joined with an existing facility next door which will continue to receive and treat patients throughout the construction process.
The Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & Surgicenter is an independently owned physician clinic that has served the area for over 60 years. The clinic was founded in 1949 by Dr. Carl Adams and Dr. S.C. Garrison who were the first in Rutherford County to propose the idea of a multi-specialty group. As the clinic continued to grow, more specialties have been added and this newest multi-floor expansion will allow twenty additional specialties to practice together within one facility.
An aggressive eight month schedule will keep Project Manager Greg Stine and Superintendent Kyle McGrady on their toes as they steward our highly qualified field force toward the finish line of this multi-faceted facility. We appreciate the many challenges that a project of this scope will entail and look forward to working together again with the Freese Johnson team in a joint effort to make the early 2013 opening date for this facility a reality.
