Owners Vision: “The University of Texas Golf Club was a vision that became a reality when some of today's most influential University supporters set out on a mission to build a permanent home for UT Golf Teams. This private golf club offers members' a superior golf and tennis experience, coupled with camaraderie, pride and special family events, making the club the best in Texas.”

Challenges or Special Needs: Marek constructed the University of Texas Golf Course Club House for Harvey-Cleary Builders twice. Within a few days of turning the facility over to the owners, the structure caught fire and was completely destroyed. The entire construction team reassembled and within a month, construction began again on this spectacular facility. With the need to have this Club House completed quickly due to the unexpected fire, the project was put on a fast paced schedule and completed in record time. Marek’s attention to detail in the construction of the intricate drywall and acoustical ceiling design is impressive throughout.

Project Scope: drywall, acoustical ceilings, FRP, doors & hardware installation
