Who else would one of the world's largest telecommunications companies want to build out their Mid-Town Atlanta Real Estate? Marek Interior Systems was the obvious choice, having the experience and the manpower to complete a 400,000 square foot build out of tenant space, involving a variety of high-end finishes and elaborate elevator reception areas.
	After Kyle McGrady and Sid Bedsole built the core shell for this project, Brasfield & Gorrie selected Marek Interior Systems to build and finish out this18-floor tenant space for BellSouth.
	Leading the charge for Marek Interior Systems was Gilbert Shelton, who celebrated his 30th year with the company while completing this project. Lead man Rick Jecker a 15-year employee was pivotal in the conclusion of Bellsouth.
	Ralph Stilz, celebrating 10 years with MISI, was instrumental in maintaining a finishing schedule that produced the quality of high end finishes expected from the Marek Family of Companies.
	The tenant finish at Bell South Mid-Town will be the " owner's benchmark " for all future build outs, according to Alan Williams, Project Manager with Brasfield and Gorrie. Mike Feather was our Estimator and Project Manager, working closely with the architectural firm of Thompson, Ventulett, Stainbeck and Associates to maintain the high-end design elements on this project.
