The Anadarko Tower in The Woodlands was designed as a modern corporate headquarters that reflected precision, sophistication, and architectural detail. The project included complex interior features such as curved walls and lobby columns that required a flawless, high-gloss finish.
The schedule was aggressive, requiring all trades to work in close coordination to meet the owner’s occupancy goals. The intricate design elements demanded both technical skill and finish-level precision, particularly where specialty coatings and curved drywall surfaces intersected within the public and executive areas.
MAREK partnered with D.E. Harvey Builders to deliver the drywall assemblies and paint finishes that brought Gensler’s vision to life. Our team fabricated and installed the radius columns and detailed drywall features throughout the tower, ensuring seamless transitions and smooth surfaces that met the highest architectural standards.
The columns in the main lobby were finished with a custom automotive-grade paint, providing a refined, mirror-like appearance that complemented the building’s modern design. Through careful planning, close collaboration with other trades, and attention to finish quality, MAREK met the project’s demanding schedule and aesthetic requirements.
The completed tower stands as a landmark in The Woodlands skyline, combining technical excellence with architectural elegance.
