Grundfos HQ

Grundfos needed a headquarters in Brookshire, Texas, that reflected their commitment to energy efficiency, flexibility, and environmental leadership while meeting strict LEED Platinum standards. The project required a building envelope and interior systems that could deliver long-term performance, comfort, and adaptability.

MAREK partnered with Harvey-Cleary Builders to provide complete thermal insulation and demountable wall systems. Our insulation scope included R-19 fiberglass batts, rigid polyiso behind wood rainscreens, Thermafiber curtainwall insulation, and fire safing at slab edges, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort throughout the campus. For interior spaces, we installed DEKO demountable glass partitions with 13-foot-tall single-glazed panels, integrated vision control glass, and custom powder-coated frames, providing acoustic control, visual openness, and flexibility for future reconfiguration.

The result is a high-performing, adaptable headquarters that met LEED Platinum standards while supporting Grundfos’ mission for sustainability and long-term operational efficiency. The completed campus combines technical performance with aesthetic quality, creating a functional and inspiring environment for employees.
