Whitlow Apartments in Lewisville aimed to create a modern residential community that combines durability, comfort, and style. Solution

MAREK partnered with Blackland Partners, LLC and GFF Architects to deliver the full scope of drywall assemblies. Our team installed seamless wall systems, applied textures to enhance character and depth, and fabricated GRG (glass fiber reinforced gypsum) shapes to support unique architectural details. Each element was executed with care to ensure both structural integrity and aesthetic quality, aligning with the architect’s vision and the owners’ expectations.

The result was a high-quality, welcoming residential community that provides residents with durable and visually refined interiors. The completed development brings the architectural vision to life and elevates modern living in Lewisville.
