This project was on the three story 73,446 square-foot building for Tarleton State University, an affiliate of Texas A&M University. This is the first building on Tarleton's new campus to be built on an 80 acre parcel of land donated by the Walton Group, along the new Chisholm Trail Parkway in Southwest Fort Worth. The Tarleton State SW Metroplex Building is slated to be Tarleton State's multipurpose education building for academics, student affairs, faculty, and student support.

MAREK's scope included cold-formed metal framing and sheathing at exterior walls, thermal and sound insulation, gypsum board assemblies, and acoustical ceilings.

Key people working on this project included Foreman Joe Rodriguez, Superintendant Robert Brazel, and Project Manager Glenn McBride.
