East Campus Graduate Apartments

ACC SC Development aimed to address the growing need for graduate student housing at The University of Texas at Austin. The project required reliable, large-scale construction that could provide consistent interior finishes while supporting student comfort, academic focus, and long-term livability.

MAREK partnered with OHT Partners and Kirksey Architects to deliver drywall assemblies throughout the development. Our team applied multifamily construction expertise to complete work across 545 residential units, common areas, and shared amenities, maintaining precision and quality while meeting tight project timelines.

The result was a well-crafted, purpose-driven residential community that enhances student life in Austin. The interiors reflect high standards of quality, durability, and livability expected in a university-backed development.
