Eastside Memorial ECHS

Austin ISD set out to create a modern learning environment that could meet the needs of today’s students while preserving elements of the existing structure already on site. The goal was to build a facility that would enhance collaboration, support evolving academic programs, and provide long-term durability for future generations. Balancing new construction with integration of existing spaces required precise coordination and attention to detail at every stage.

MAREK partnered with Cadence McShane Construction and Perkins + Will to deliver high-quality drywall assemblies and metal framing systems throughout the new campus. Our team worked closely with project stakeholders to ensure a seamless connection between old and new structures, aligning our work with both the functional and architectural vision of the school. Every element was installed with care and accuracy to meet the district’s performance and design standards.

The completed Eastside Memorial Early College High School now provides students and educators with a high-performing space built for collaboration, innovation, and growth. The project reflects MAREK’s commitment to educational environments that inspire learning and support communities for years to come.
