Lenox Heights was developed to deliver high-quality apartments with 359 units across a five-story wrap design. The project required efficient coordination, durable materials, and refined finishes to achieve the balance between function, comfort, and aesthetic appeal.

Solution

MAREK partnered with OHT Partners and Steinberg Dickey Collaborative to complete the drywall and ceiling scopes with precision. Our team installed a drywall throughout the building and delivered a five-story metal load-bearing corridor condition that ensured both stability and efficiency. The Houston MBS team also installed suspended grid ceilings in amenity spaces, enhancing the interiors with clean lines and lasting quality.

The result was a well-crafted residential community that reflects the attention to detail and collaboration among all project partners. The completed Lenox Heights apartments offer residents a comfortable and modern living environment that benefits from the collective expertise of the project team.
