Texas Christian University sought to build a Human Performance Center that would serve as a top-tier training and recovery facility for student-athletes. The project required a balance of durability, functionality, and refined interior finishes to meet the demands of high-performance spaces while showcasing TCU’s commitment to excellence.

Linbeck led construction, with Populous designing an advanced facility tailored to athletic performance and innovation. MAREK was selected to provide drywall, acoustical ceilings, and specialty finishes that would deliver both strength and precision. Our team worked closely with project partners to ensure flawless detailing and consistent quality throughout the interior, enhancing acoustics and visual appeal.
