TMC3 Industry Building D

Beacon Capital Partners needed Industry Building D at the Texas Medical Center to provide a flexible, high-performance environment that could support life sciences and medical innovation. The project required interiors that combined durability, precision, and adaptability while aligning with the design intent of a modern, collaborative medical campus.

MAREK was brought on to provide drywall assemblies and DEKO demountable glass partitions. Drywall was installed throughout the facility to create seamless interior surfaces, supporting clean lines and contemporary design. DEKO demountable glass partitions were installed to offer transparency, acoustic performance, and flexible layouts, allowing tenants to reconfigure spaces as research and collaboration needs evolved. Throughout the project, our team coordinated closely with Vaughn Construction and Jacobs to ensure each element met the technical and aesthetic requirements.

The result was a modern, adaptable space that supports research, collaboration, and long-term functionality. MAREK was proud to support the project, helping create interiors that balance form, function, and flexibility for medical and life sciences tenants.
