The Monarch Hotel in Downtown San Antonio was designed to offer guests an elevated hospitality experience through sophisticated design, inviting spaces, and lasting quality. Achieving that vision required construction solutions that supported both the hotel’s architectural character and the durability required for a high-traffic environment. Every detail contributed to creating a space where guests could feel welcomed from the moment they arrived.  

Solution

Working alongside Whiting-Turner and Overland Partners, MAREK provided drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceilings throughout the project. Our team worked closely with project partners to support an efficient construction process while maintaining the level of craftsmanship the project demanded. Careful coordination across each scope helped bring the architectural vision to life, creating interior spaces that reflect the quality, comfort, and refined atmosphere expected of a four-star hotel.
