Avelyn Manor

Avelyn Manor was developed as a 264-unit residential community designed to provide residents with a clean, modern living environment, with consistent quality throughout the property. Delivering that experience across a large-scale multi-family project required strong coordination, clear communication, and attention to detail throughout every stage of construction. With multiple units progressing simultaneously, the project team needed to maintain quality standards, keep schedules on track, and ensure each space maintained the same level of finish and craftsmanship from one unit to the next. 

MAREK worked alongside Domain Builders and Steinberg Dickey Collaborative to provide drywall assemblies, drywall finishing, and texture services that supported the overall vision for Avelyn Manor. Through coordination, craftsmanship, and consistent execution, the team helped create interior spaces designed to serve residents for years to come. Domain Builders also played an important role in maintaining coordination across the project and creating an environment where trade partners could operate efficiently while keeping quality and progress at the forefront.
