Silver Ventures aimed to create a modern office building in San Antonio that could provide long-term performance, energy efficiency, and a comfortable, flexible workspace for tenants. Credit Human, as the primary occupant, needed interiors that supported productivity, collaboration, and a high-quality work environment. The project required precise execution of exterior framing, insulation, and interior finishes to meet sustainability goals and the tenant’s expectations.

MAREK partnered with Joeris Construction to deliver exterior metal framing, insulation, and acoustical ceilings. Our team constructed the exterior envelope to meet structural and energy code requirements while enhancing thermal efficiency. Insulation was installed with care to reduce energy loss and maintain occupant comfort. Inside, acoustical ceilings were installed to manage sound, create clean lines, and support the aesthetic of the modern workspace. Coordination with Joeris and attention to detail ensured every system met both design intent and performance standards, creating an environment tailored for Credit Human’s needs.
