The Brentwood was developed to meet Austin’s growing need for high-quality multifamily housing that combines modern design with lasting durability. The project required efficient, consistent interior construction while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship across a large-scale residential development.

Solution

MAREK partnered with OHT Partners and Davies Collaborative to deliver drywall assemblies, ceilings, and acoustical solutions throughout the development. Our residential team applied expert field experience to meet tight schedules while adapting to the unique layouts and design features of The Brentwood, ensuring precise installation and clean, durable finishes.
