Memorial Hermann The Woodlands South Tower

Memorial Hermann needed to expand healthcare capacity in The Woodlands with a South Tower that could accommodate rising patient demand while maintaining a functional, safe, and calming environment. The project required interiors that met strict medical standards and enhanced the overall patient and staff experience.

MAREK was brought on to provide drywall assemblies, acoustical ceilings, and window treatments. Our team installed high-performance drywall for durable and precise interior surfaces, acoustical ceilings to manage noise and improve the healing environment, and Mecho shades to provide privacy and light control. We coordinated closely with Austin Commercial throughout the build to ensure every detail met healthcare-specific requirements.

The result was a fully operational South Tower that delivers a supportive and efficient space for patients, families, and medical staff. The completed space enhances both functionality and comfort, supporting Memorial Hermann’s commitment to high-quality care.
