Pearl Stable Hall

Pearl Stable Hall, a historic venue in San Antonio’s Pearl District, needed a renovation that preserved its unique character while upgrading the space for modern performance and event requirements. The project required improved acoustics, durable finishes, and functional enhancements without compromising the building’s architectural identity.

MAREK partnered with Joeris Inc. and Clayton Korte to deliver drywall assemblies, ceilings and acoustical solutions, and window treatments. Our team installed metal framing and drywall with precision to create seamless surfaces, while custom fabric panels enhanced acoustics and added aesthetic depth. Window treatments were integrated to support both design intent and functional needs for lighting control. Coordination across all scopes ensured alignment with the historic structure and project schedule.

The result was a revitalized Pearl Stable Hall that preserves its historic charm while providing a modern, high-quality environment for events.
