Challenge

St. Mark Catholic Church was envisioned as a new sacred space that would reflect both spiritual significance and architectural beauty. Built to serve the growing Catholic community in Fort Worth, the project required a team that could deliver complex detailing with the highest level of craftsmanship and care. Linbeck led the construction efforts, and CP&Y designed a facility that honored tradition while incorporating modern construction methods.

Solution

MAREK played a key role in helping bring the church’s design to life, providing cold formed metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and GFRG (glass fiber reinforced gypsum) installations. One of the most prominent features of the project was the prefabrication of the exterior dome. Our team fabricated this critical architectural element off-site, allowing for greater control over quality and efficiency during installation.

Throughout the build, MAREK worked closely with Linbeck and CP&Y to ensure that each phase was completed to the highest standards. The result is a beautifully constructed house of worship that will serve the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth for generations to come.
