A confidential client set out to establish a new office in Uptown Dallas that would reflect a refined, modern workplace while supporting daily comfort and productivity for their team. The space required thoughtful coordination of finishes and specialty systems that could manage daylight, improve acoustics, and introduce comfortable gathering areas for employees and visitors. Achieving this vision meant aligning multiple interior elements to create a cohesive environment that balanced performance, flexibility, and design quality.

MAREK partnered with the project team to deliver a series of interior solutions designed to improve both performance and appearance throughout the workspace. Our team furnished and installed custom manual and motorized draperies along with Mecho manual and motorized shades, giving occupants flexible control over daylight and privacy. MAREK also installed Autex and FilzFelt acoustic wall panels to help manage sound and create a more comfortable work environment across offices, meeting areas, and shared spaces. 

In addition, MAREK partnered with a millwork contractor who fabricated the custom banquette frames and finishes. Our team furnished and installed the banquette upholstery throughout the space, completing the seating areas with durable, high-quality finishes that aligned with the overall design intent. Through careful coordination and attention to detail, MAREK helped deliver a new workplace environment designed to support focus, collaboration, and long-term performance.
