PROJECT OVERVIEW
Companies in the rapidly changing computer and electronics field want to attract the brightest and the best. One way they do so is by providing futuristic office space for their workers. The new state of the art HP Facility will house approximately 2,400 employees in two upscale office buildings. The new offices total 378,000 sf.
DE Harvey Builders awarded MAREK the Drywall and Paint contracts which included installing deck high walls, reveals, in-wall blocking, aluminum door frames and door hardware in the laboratories, open office spaces, conference, meet and huddle rooms.
Most of the rooms do not have ceilings, so the section above the walls is exposed with the overhead MEP an unusual set up for the offices.
